What Khaali is
Khaali is a craving-delay experience that looks and works like a food delivery app. You browse menus, fill a cart, pay a small fee, track a rider and receive a receipt.
Khaali never sells or delivers food. The restaurants, dishes, riders and maps are fictional. Restaurant names are invented and are not linked to any real business. Dish prices are shown only for comparison.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and in India to place an order.
Prices and payment
Your price depends only on how many items are in your cart: ₹9 for 1 item, ₹14 for 2 to 4 items and ₹19 for 5 or more. The Meal of the Day costs ₹12 on its own and counts as one item when added to a cart with other dishes. The price is always shown before you pay, and it is the total you pay.
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, using UPI, cards or other methods they support. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.
What you are paying for
You pay for the ordering experience: browsing, checkout, live rider tracking and your order receipt, including the money and nutrition you skipped. The service is delivered as soon as your order is placed. Because no food is ever promised, the absence of food is not a fault in the service.
Not medical or diet advice
Calorie and nutrition figures are estimates for typical restaurant portions and are for interest only. Khaali is not a medical, nutrition or diet service. It is meant for occasional cravings, not for replacing meals. Please keep eating proper meals, and speak to a doctor or registered dietitian about your health or diet.
Fair use
Please don't misuse Khaali: no attempts to break, overload or copy the service, no automated ordering, and no false payment disputes. We may limit or block access if the service is misused.
Our content
The Khaali name, logo, artwork, text and code belong to us. You may share screenshots of your own orders and receipts. Please don't copy or reuse the rest without permission.
Availability and changes
We try to keep Khaali running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Menus, kitchens, prices and features may change. We will show any price change before you pay.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If a dispute can't be resolved, the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
