Shipping and delivery

Nothing physical is shipped by Khaali.
What is delivered
Khaali delivers a digital experience only. When your payment succeeds, your order starts immediately in the app: live rider tracking, followed by your order receipt on screen and, if you gave us your email, by email.
No food or goods
The rider, the restaurants and the delivery are fictional. No food, package or other physical item is ever sent to any address. Any address you enter is only used on your screen and is stored in your own browser.
Delivery time
The in-app delivery takes 15 to 23 minutes depending on your order (and very rarely just 12), or less if you finish early. Receipt emails normally arrive within a few minutes.
Problems
If your order didn't start or your receipt didn't arrive, email hello@khaali.in with your order number.
